How to book:
check availability with us & then send a deposit of 30% or 100 euros for a week in the studio to secure your reservation which is non refundable
we send you 2 copies of a contract to sign, you keep 1 copy and return the other copy to us
send payment of the balance of the rental price 8 weeks before your holiday
if you book within 8 weeks of arrival the full amount is to be paid at the time of booking
all payments are via PayPal, sterling bank transfer or French cheques payable to M.EVANS.
bring or transfer before arrival a refundable security deposit of 150€ for the cottage and grange and 100€ for the studio. This will be returned within a week of departure minus any deductions for breakages, electricity, wood or if necessary, additional cleaning costs.
we ask that you please take the time at the end of your holiday to leave your accommodation as you found it.
bed linen and towels are included in the price
prices for long term lets are negotiable depending on the season and length of the let.

* these prices are based on 2 person occupancy, there is a supplement of 20€ for each additional person per week.
Minimum stay of 2 nights for all the accommodation. Breakfast can be served in your gîte by prior arrangement - 7€ per person
Changeover day is Saturday, we can be more flexible with this apart from peak periods
We live on site so will be here to greet you and give you the key to your accommodation.
Sorry but animals are not accepted and no smoking in any of the properties.
How to get to Bagnères
It is easy to get here and we will provide full directions and a map once full payment is received.
By air:
Tarbes-Lourdes-Pyrénées - 25 km: ryanair.com from Stanstead Wed &Sun from 20/12/09, jetairfly.com & bmibaby.com in the summer
Pau-Uzein - 60km: ryanair.com, Air France, transavia.com
Biarritz -150km: Air France, easyJet.com, ryanair.com
Toulouse-Blagnac 170km: Jet2.co, flybe.com, easyJet.com, British Airways, Air France, bmibaby.com, aerlingus.com
By road: Via Autoroute A64: from Toulouse take junction 14 Tournay(15km), from Biarritz take junction 12 Tarbes Ouest (20km),
From Bordeaux: take the route through Langon, Roquefort, Aire-sur-Ardour, Tarbes.
By rail: Tarbes and Lourdes rail stations are both 20km away with a bus link from Tarbes. You can come via Eurostar changing in Paris to a fast TGV and travel day or night.
By ferry: any of the short cross channel ferries can be used and make the 8-10hr journey here part of your holiday or go via Bilbao or Santander in Northern Spain for a shorter road journey
